Mark Blake

Mark’s experience in community management extends for over 24 years. His areas of expertise include business development, community associations and maintenance corporation governance, compliance and State & County land use policy. Mark has been the President of his Community Association Corporation for over 15 years. He is also the President and Land Use Chairman for the Greater Hockessin Area Development Association, and has served continuously on GHADA’s Executive Board since 2003. He has a demonstrated familiarity with State and County Codes and Ordinances and an extensive knowledge and experience in storm water management, best practices and maintenance issues in Delaware and the Mid-Atlantic region.

Joe Hackman

Joe’s background in finance and technology spans over 25 years and as a community management professional, he applies those skills to ensure that proper fiscal and statutory management, reporting and compliance is followed by all our communities. He utilizes technology to provide outstanding communication with Association Board members and homeowners. Joe provides, communities that elect to have us oversee their financial responsibilities, detailed yet concise full financial reporting packages, including budget to expense tracking, thus allowing Board members to focus on serving their neighborhood. Joe also served his Community Association for more than 10 years as Vice President.
